Hi, my name is Michael Trueba. I enjoy helping people succeed in real estate! With over 30 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, I'm no stranger to hard work. In my former company, I was the #6 top producer in the world for an international marketing company and #1 in Northern California. I've been in sales management and consulting since 1985 and am dedicated to quality service and superior results. It is an amazing feeling walking my first time home buyers through the process of buying a home, which can be stressful if they are not fully briefed on all the working parts. Especially handing them the keys to their very first home. My other passion is negotiating fiercly for my investors and seasoned home buyers in some cases getting the price down $100k from original list price.
